To ensure an efficient review process for ICAAI 2026, we utilize a two-stage submission system. Please follow the instructions below carefully:
Phase 1: Abstract Submission (Round 1)
Step 1 (Details): You are required to provide only the Title of your work. Since the system may still display an "Abstract" text field, you may leave it blank or simply type "Provided as a file attachment" to proceed.
Step 2 (Upload Files): You must upload your abstract as a document (PDF/Word). Please select "Abstract File" as the component type. This is the primary document our editors will review.
Phase 2: Full Paper & Presentation Submission (Round 2)
Notification: Once your abstract is accepted, you will receive an official notification via email.
Action: Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit their Full Paper, Presentation Slides, or Poster.
Procedure: Do not create a new submission. Log in to your existing account and upload these files under the "Revisions" or "Review" tab of your original submission as instructed in the acceptance email.

This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
